• What Shipping Methods do you use?
  POSLAJU � For Malaysia, usually delivered within 1-3 business days from the order’s ship date.
  EMS - For International, usually delivered within 3-10 business days from the order’s ship date.
• What is the cost of shipping?
  Mymart.asia using the cheapest shipping method, POSLAJU and EMS, customer do not worry as we always up to date with the current shipping rate.
• Is POSLAJU expensive?
  Not really. POSLAJU is the cheapest shipping method in Malaysia.
• How do you delivery to buyers?
  We usually deliver items on the next working day after payment is received.
• What is your date/time arrangement for the Cash On Delivery (COD) sales.
  Sorry, but we are not dealing with COD for the time being.
• Is there any possibility that I can negotiate the products price?
  All the products price are non-negotiable.
• How do we pay you?
  Payment can be made by Online Transfer (e-Banking) or Cash Deposit to our PUBLIC BANK account. Alternatively you may pay us via PayPal if you like to.

• Can you deliver my order to my love one or my friend?
  Sure. We happy to help you do facilitate delivery directly to your loved ones as gift or to a different address. Please provide their shipping information in the checkout stage.
• If I request delivery my order to a loved one, how will she know who it is from?
  It is optional that you can choose whether to show your information. Pricing information is however not disclosed. Please let us know in advance so that we can personalize your gift. You could write your remarks/comments in the ‘ADD COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER’ boxes the you checkout shipping.
• Will the color and size be exactly as seen in monitor?
